In 2014, our company was founded by Reginaldo Santos, leveraging his 19-year expertise as a Certified Technician in the fast food industry. Through our Maintenance Agreement Program, we deliver repairs and preventive maintenance services for each store's equipment. I'm often asked what sets Santos Technical Services apart, and it's a question I welcome because it speaks to the very essence of our company. Allow me to share a bit of my journey, which started in the 1970s when I delved into aircraft maintenance as a teenager in Brazil. Over the years, I immersed myself in various fields, from electronics to diesel engines, electric systems to refrigeration and air conditioning, and finally into the intricacies of commercial kitchen equipment, including espresso machines, rapid cooking ovens, ice machines, and water filtration systems.

For me, the pursuit of knowledge and the drive to continually improve have been pivotal in shaping my path as a technician and service provider. This philosophy of constant improvement permeates every facet of our company.
